Day-Of Coordination
For couples that have done everything but the vows! If you already have vendors, design, budget, and style complete, a day of coordinator is the perfect addition to ensure those details become a reality. We provide a wedding day timeline to make sure your event runs smoothly from start to finish. We require all details including vendor contacts and layout, at least 2 weeks prior to your event in order to create a timeline that relives happy couple, family, and friends of any day-of stress!

Ceremony & Reception Design Coordination
This package is for couples looking for inspiration and direction. Kirsten Inspired offers you resources and references for vendors and planning tools throughout the planning process. We attend venue walk-throughs, menu tastings, and assist with space planning, set-up, and timing of your event. We coordinate all of the details of your wedding with each of your hand-picked vendors and provide them with a detailed timeline of the day. Once your special day is finally here, we will be on-site to make sure all details of your event go according to plan. Relax with the ones you love while we set up and take down all décor, rental items, floral arrangements, etc.

Complete Planning & Coordination
All of the above and more. No stress, no mess. Watch your wedding dreams become a reality, all you have to do is show up! With your inspiration, we select the venue, style, vendors, and budget that perfectly fits you! Kirsten creates your wedding by working directly with your vendors including but not limited to DJ, Bakery, Rental Company, Lighting, Photographer, Photo Booth, Rehearsal Dinner venue, Officiant, Paper Goods, Dress & Tuxedo Boutiques, etc. We help you establish a budget and timeline for not just the day of, but all of the special moments leading up to the moment you say “I do”. Together we will begin by creating an inspiration board to reference throughout the journey. We serve as a personal liaison between you and all of your vendors throughout your entire planning process by attending vendor meetings, reviewing and negotiating proposals and contracts, and necessary printed materials. We set up room blocks when necessary, provide hotel recommendations, plan engagement photoshoots, bridal parties, and rehearsal dinner. Kirsten Inspired is partnered with Basic Invite to provide you with special pricing on all paper goods from Save-the-Date’s to Thank You cards. Our other partner, Grover Tool and Rentals, will also supply you with all basic rental items.

Corporate Event Planning & Coordination
From holiday parties and retreats to fundraisers and special awards dinners, our team of Corporate Event Producers will help plan every detail for you including venue selection, menu planning, set-up, decor, entertainment, guest room blocks, and even registration. With our years of luxury hospitality management and corporate planning experience, we are able to help plan and coordinate every aspect of your event so that you can have the confidence and peace of mind to just enjoy yourself and leave the details to our experts.
